It’s true. I have the same problem, reset to factory settings does not help…
Besides, the phone resets for no reason several times a day, the battery life is very poor (less than 1 day without 3G, WiFi, GPS etc.), there are serious problems with battery level indicator and and battery charger.
I am very disappointed, perhaps I will return the phone to the seller.
