uninstalling as I type this, then I'll reboot and install again and let's see how it goes (but i've done this already), I'm new to Droid world, I was a blackberry user for 4 years and I'm learning this new toy and I gotta tell ya, I love it! I've seen people saying they are running their droid at 800MHz - 1GHz I want to try it too, that's the reason that I came to become a droid user, to play with the phone and thats what I want to do...
