Flash currently isn't supported on mobile devices (though this may change in the near future). Furthermore, streaming over 2-3g is not the most pleasurable experience in the world. So, I'd give up on wanting to stream to your phone.
You'd be better off buying the anime and then using a video converter to get them to the correct format for your device then loading them on to your SD Card and using an app or your devices built in media player to watch them.
