The reason you get more money on this is because it is considered a special stage. The basic gives the lowest amount while the other scenarios i believe give the same amount. (VR gives the same amount as Factory for all units while Basic is much lower)

Managed to get a perfect game today on VR A 0003 level 850. I've tried about 6 850 games recently and only got the titan twice. Also won 890 (lost 15 lives on that one), but I'm digging this 45,000,000 points per game.
