I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. On step 8 I attempt to run NANDROID restore on phone I do the following and can't get it to run

1. Click on Backup/Restore
2. Now I have different options....

Simple Nandroid Backup
Simple Nandroid Restore (latest)
Advanced Nandroid Backup
Advanced Nandroid restore

I click on SIMPLE Nandroid Restore (latest) and i get - ERROR: Nandroid exited with status 25

I also go back to the main boot menu and see "install" as the last option. I click into it and it looks like the 2.1 ROM is there (INSTALL /sdcard/update.tar as ROM) But i'm too afraid to click it and brick phone.

does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? thanks
