There's a little info on the sharing thing
here. If that is to be believed it looks as though 3/TMob don't share the network, but they are part of a consortium that maintain the network (MBNL)?
The Atrix is 4G and Orange stocked that so I don't think that can be classed as sign that they're not supporting HSPA+
Might be worth giving them a call though, get a definitive answer.
