For those having problems, have you had your phone updated to the CL14 ROM yet? If not, I recommend you have it done. I had this bug happen once on CJ05, and have never had it happen on the CL14 ROM. My recommendation to anyone having this issue is to either get the Sprint update or update the phone yourself using the files and techniques from the SDX site.
