Best Buy had a similar screw up when the BlackBerry Storm released at about this time in '08. That was a highly anticipated launch, and I recall it showed up in Best Buy circulars a week or so prematurely. People were getting pretty indignant about it, at least according to their forum posts on Crackberry, but all the store reps could do was shrug their shoulders and say, "I got nothing!"
