I would try to pull the battery for about 30 seconds, then try it again. That solved a similar problem for me and my Droid.

It could be something to do with the GPS location it's detecting. Maybe try going into Settings > Location and playing with those settings.

If that doesn't work, I'd give your wireless provider a call to see what's going on with their network.
