1. Delete the Exchange Activesync account.
2. Clear the data in Calendar and Calendar storage (Menu --> Settings --> Applications --> Manage applications).
2. Add the Exchange Activesync account again

IMP: Step 2 is critical as deleting and reinstalling the Exchange Activesync account does not remove Calendar entries and problem will persist .
