Just wondering why there would be so much surprise that 2.1 would hit the eris before the droid. I know that it lacks in specs, but its an HTC phone. Kinda like the other one running 2.1. I'm sure HTC had their hands on 2.1 before motorola, since they already made a phone with it. Maybe if they had 2 rumored release date/week fiascos I would be surprised... but I digress.
