About the 3g to 4g promotion...

Maybe I just got a bad CSR, but she could not get CH4GE to work at all. I was on the phone for 40 minutes and on hold for about 10 of it.. I told her it was in the Midwest region and had a 3g phone..yada, yada. Oh well, maybe I'll just have to pay up like everybody else. I can't fault her for effort, though.. She made sure to tell me that she noted my account "Wants galaxy nexus"
