I actually spoke to a friend who is a VWR & she sd that the flags were making me aware that they needed to access the spaces that the items were in to be deleted...if u go to the clear data its right on top so u won't see the flags...if u stay on that same screen, scroll all the way down below the clear data to the bottom...ull see them...read them; it is really creepy the way they word evrything...again thank u so much for all ur help...I'm more than sure ill come across other issues...lol
