So I was trying to talk to my friend over Google Talk with video chat... it would connect, but then no video would be sent or recieved... We could hear each other talk, however...

Same thing happened when I tried on Skype. She's got an HTC Sensation...

So then I made a throwaway Skype account on my laptop, called my phone via Skype Video Message, and talked to myself for a few seconds, made a few faces, and had an all around jolly time...

Any ideas why it works for computer to phone, but not phone to phone?
