I just got this laptop a month or so ago:
Toshiba - Satellite Laptop with AMD Turion™ II Dual-Core Mobile Processor - Midnight Breeze - L505D-GS6000
Soon as I got it home I put 7 Professional on it. Only complaint I have is the touchpad is really sensitive and the only way to disable it is via a keyboard combination which doesn't work if you uninstall Toshiba's system. I have not tried updating the keyboard drivers from Toshiba to see if that would help any (gonna do it right now while I'm thinking about it actually.)
