Hey guys...Just had the boot loop issue start last night and wanted to weigh in with my thoughts. I pulled the sim card and did the "*#" thing and all seemed to work. I was set to WCDMA PREFERRED, and as soon as I set it back to auto, everything was good to go. The one thing I did different yesterday was use data while talking on the phone. I was set to CDMA only when I did this. The phone worked fine the rest of the night, but as soon as I switched batteries, it went into boot loop. My theory is that as soon as we try and do simultaneous data/talk on 3g, it changes the setting to WCDMA PREFERRED. Then when you try to reboot the phone, the Sim card doesn't recognize this. I'm curious to know if anyone else was doing data/talk before they went into boot loop.
