Although this is my first post and the name gives away my age, there is no Carrier IQ on the Mercury. I tested it the other day. It would only show up should Cricket choose to use it. Sure am waiting for an easier way to Root this baby. Long time lurker, figured I would jump in!! This forum helped me immensly with my Ascend. Great little phone it was, now not so great!
