Yet another "simple" solution that may work...
Hi:
Both the following can reload the drivers:

But before you try those two above, try this simple solution (specially after upgrading the Android OS):
1- Disconnect the battery.
2- Press all three buttons at the same time: volume down + menu / home key+ power. Then release.
3- Put the battery back, turn on, and check now...
