It's unlocked. I got it already unlocked and rooted and clockwork recovery 3.0 installed.
I did a factory reset to unlink my Google account and as I don't understand anything about Android phones, I don't know what resetting does to the phone. I'm sure it's still unlocked but I don't know much more than that.
