I must say I think woodraskam is right. If the previous pictures of the Incredible are correct:

The earpiece isn't red and no matter what the size of his fingers are the phone in the video clearly looks to be larger.
While I hope I am wrong I must lean with him. The real promise to this video is the fact that it has Chinese characters on that label at the top, thus providing an inkling that this wasn't in the US.
