Well, I have now the 300 Mb mp4, but the begining is damaged, anyone can suggest me a good software to repair it? Itīs a very important video to me.

I'm sorry to say but I don't think you'll be able to repair that. It's simply missing data, that can't be magically filled in
If it can't be recovered correctly, that means it's gone.
I used recuva to recover some photo's off my mSD as well and like 3 and a half of them where overwritten already too. Looks like your apps write to the SD card all the time because I hadn't done anything at all between deleting the pics and trying to recover it.
