I have tried several SIP providers over CSipSimple but none proved reliable (not even close), so I went back on using fring. Although far from perfect it works reliably over both WiFi and 3G. Also their international rates are the most competitive comparing to Nimbuzz or Skype (by far the highest). Another advantage of fring is the ability of shutting it off completely once no longer needed (which means that the service doesn't run in the background nor it auto starts (configured in settings)) - which saves battery. I find it to be a better alternative to any available SIP/VoIP services. Anyone here has had a different experience?
