Not sure if the issue is related to the update or not, but it did start after I updated.

Well.....as my IT guy would say, it turned out to be an ID 10 T error as far as my notifications. For some reason after the update the twitter app wasn't sending notifications, box was unchecked, swear I checked that. Sync error still exists, but 1/2 way back now.
