what helped me:
I'm using Linksys WAG54G2 and WPA2 security +MAC
the thing is that WIFI works only when I connect my android as the first hardware connected to the router. then I can connect all other devices. It seems to wrk for the past 5 minutes
EDIT: actually it seemed to work, BUT ie. market is only downloading icons and descriptions - the applications don't download :/
