You did wipe/factory reset the phone after the upgrade right? And I hope you didn't restore any system settings.

This is what I did:

1.Backup apps, sms/mms, call log.
2.Wipe
3.Flash
4.Let it load into the OS and initialize for the first time
5.Flash recovery
6.Go into recovery, flash galaxo and restore gapps
7. Back into the OS,restore my apps, sms/mms,call log.
8. MANUALLY restore all system settings.
