I am on my third Infuse since June. I bought the first one brand new, and by August it wasn't charging. Got it exchanged, used my second one until mid January, again quit charging. Got my third one, and it works fine, we will see what the next couple months bring. I talked to ATT and they said this is a very rare problem, and have almost no records of this happening. According to this thread, that is anything but true.
