I just did this another dinc and it worked fine. I should have pulled the usb cable out immediately when I noticed I had left it in. It apparently installed an old version of rom manager I am stuck with.

It may be installed as a system app...try using titanium to remove it.

Although as long as you can verify you have superuser access, you can just proceed with the downgrade process.
