if you were completely stock and running the stock recovery,taking the OTA wouldnt be a big deal,but you cant take it with a custom recovery installed,and i dont know how different skyraider is from stock,but im pretty sure that installing the OTA over top of it wouldnt work out

there should be a file in system/etc/security called that you can rename or remove. this will let the ota download,but not install.

other options would be in install a different custom rom,or ask in the skyraider thread what other users are doing-maybe there is a better fix.

im pretty surprised that youre getting the prompt,most devs remove everything that could trigger an OTA so you would be safe from getting it.
