I click "continue without scanning" and then try and load the files and this is the screen i get after it "beeps" the phone. I can't click the other option that says "fix" because when i do it beeps the phone and unsyncs it just like when trying to copy mp3s. I also just tried to format the sd card and now the only folder that shows up on teh computer is LOST.dir, and it's still doing the same thing.

Ok, that same "Continue without scanning" message appears when I plug my phone in, what fixes it for me is to format the SD card. You can do that on your phone under SD Card & Phone Storage. Or you can plug it into your computer with an adapter, right click on it in My computer and select format, be sure to select FAT32, I believe that is default, but just make sure, otherwise your phone won't be able to read it. Try that and tell us how it works.
