well i would say it was lost too...sprint already put it to me by adding charges for me not using auto draft...wtf is that...i never got a letter or anything by the time i learned about it i calledthem and they said i never responded to them so it meant i was fine with the charges..stupid. unethical? yes but they have screwed me before too in the past
