I've been using Spanning Sync for some time with my Mac and Android phone(s) - it's worth looking at if you're happy with an OTA sync via Google. I believe they now offer some support for Entourage -

For iTunes playlist based syncing of music i use Salling Media Sync - there is a freeware version available but I bought it for the faster syncing.
