The ASL charge was relayed on bills (12/09, 01/10 and 02/10, to be exact), a letter was sent to your billing address, and this was debated (HEAVILY) on this message board. If you check pace 2 of your bill *EVERY MONTH* you will be alerted to these changes *BEFORE* they happen. Don't blame Sprint for your failure to see these notices and act on them.

And to the OP ..... Yeah, you know what, I'm not gonna go there. Let's just say shame on you for wanting someone else to take responsibility for your mistake. Grow up and own up to making a mistake, and then learn to READ AND COMPREHEND what you are doing BEFORE you do it.
Not trying to be mean, but just fed up with people not taking responsiblity for their actions, regardless of something as "trivial" as breaking your phone, or as serious as getting drunk and killing a school bus full of kids.
