I use Battery Widget which shows a percentage and if you click it it brings up brightness, wifi and gps. I leave gps on as mentioned in this thread, but only GPS Satellties, not wireless networks. Also the Battery Widget and all other widgets I have found don't offer 1 click gps toggle anymore. Do your widgets offer that? Wifi still is 1 click toggle. Brightness is also not 1 click toggle.
