jsteinmetz.......your making this more difficult than it really is.
A easy way:
1. Hook phone to computer (Enable mass storage, so you can see the contents of drive)
2. Go into main directory
3. Create folder in main directory (like you would on your PC)
4. Once you have created Media folder create Audio within this one....

There is no need to contact Samsung for this simple step. If you are still uncertain then google this and I am sure an answer will be found. As far as calling AT&T, they could not find their own A#s even if their hands were glued to them. I have learned NEVER to call these clowns for ANYTHING. I just research my own problems or ask for help from the kind folks here. When in doubt just research it, it is out there
