The ROMs them selves are probably in perfect working order, but I'm willing to bet none of the SNES emulators have implemented support for the onboard coprocessor this game uses. It might not even be technically possible on current phones (probably wrong about this, it runs fairly decent on a PSP which is slower than most/all Android devices).
