Default Same problem
Hi, brand new user - wondered why my customers have been complaining about an echo, now I know why. I'm not inclined to strip the phone down so talking to the friendly people at T-Mobile.

I'm usiing Casemate Tough - but view this as a phone problem - I really should be able to use a decent case!
