I like AT&T and haven't had any issues with them and I don't play on switching, so I don't mind resigning. Although I like my Atrix so much I probably won't switch to another phone until Atrix 2 to be honest...I've had mine for about a year now. I don't know what kind of AT&T store you went do but that's bogus...just call the warranty hotline or w.e and they'll ship one out and you'll have it in two days.
That's interesting. Thanks. ATT does seem to work with people rather than lose a loyal customer. I got them to give me the Atrix after I had a Captivate for six miserable Android 2.1, broken GPS months. Like many people, I had called many times to complain about what a POS the Captivate was.
Fortunately the Atrix is an awesome phone and giving up the fingerprint scanner is not something that I look forward to. I figure I will bide my time a little longer until something comes out that I absolutely cannot be without.
I did get my $125 re-manufactured Atrix in the mail and have is all set up again.
