I use the HTC G1 case and I'm really pleased with it. If it helps anyone I've attached some pics of it with the Milestone.
And I agree with Brendanmurphy about the Invisible Shield. It makes the touchscreen harder to use and I also found it effected the clarity of the screen too, so I've removed it. Would not recommend
