Up until about a week ago I was getting intermittent reminders about the 4.08.605.2 update that my phone wants to install. Now I'm getting reminders all day every day. I asked a sales person at a Verizon Kiosk about the update and he said don't do it because there were a lot of problems and I'll have to factory reset my phone. Is this true? In case he was talking about the previous update, the 4.06.605.2, will the 4.08.605.2 or any update for that matter wipe my phone of all the apps and contacts, etc.??
