Default I'll confirm this

I actually read the EULA, and was horrified by it. So much so, that I chose to download equivalent programs off of the web instead of using the ones forced on me by Motorola on my new Razr Maxx.

I'll try to find it on my phone and post here, because this info really needs to get out there.

The language as written really was intrusive about owning all of my data, and I think Motorola needs to be crucified for trying to quietly get this over on us. They do NOT make it easy to avoid accepting their eula at some point on the phone, and accidentally opting-in.
