I will be coming from the HTC Evo 3D and my wife from the LG Optimus S. I personally want a device comparable to what I already own and my wife has expressed interest in something similar to mine with more beef under the hood. I know someone who owns the Galaxy S II for Sprint and I really like it. Is TMo's version the same?
I'm also interested in the Galaxy Nexus and the HTC One X variant being released later this year. However, I'm only able to get out of my contract through Sprint because of a change in their billing policy and it voids the contract. I've been given an extension to the end of the month to port my numbers. So I probably can't get anything released after March 29th... Unless their is a workaround.
Also, rooting and installing custom ROMs are a big deal for me so I would also like to be led to phones with the biggest developer support.
Any opinions are appreciated and I thank anyone who helps in advance.
