Hi illu - nothing at all is working for me either, and neither Samsung nor Android seem interested. It's probably classed as a minor problem to them, but to me it makes or breaks a phone (especially as this is a function that is clearly stated as being available on this phone!)
I have spent nearly 6 months now trying to get a solution to this, with no luck whatsoever. I'm now unfortunately thinking: as much as I otherwise love this phone, it's finally time to give up, stop trying to fight a losing battle, and get a more reliable phone.
