If I get the replacement phone and the sim card doesn't work in it, can I just go to the AT&T store to get a new one? Does it cost anything? Thanks for any help! I'm new to AT&T
new SIM cards CAN cost $25, depending on where you go.. if i were you, i'd call AT&T customer care and have them place a note in your account for a free SIM card, then if you go to a company-owned retail store, they'll be able to see that note and there should be no issue getting it for free.

they may not even try to charge you, it all depends on who you get at the store, so this may not even be an issue. it's just nice to have that note there just in case they do.

/used to work for AT&T
