Default Please read before flashing ICS
Following the official release of ICS on the Galaxy S2 international GT-i9100, I have seen lots of posts where attempts have been made to flash this firmware on other GS2 variants.

There is no official release for the following models
GT-i9100G
GS2 AT&T
GS2 Tmobile
GS2 Skyrocket (Rogers LTE)
GS2 Sprint (Epic 4g Touch)
M250K/M250S
NTT DoCoMo

So if you do not have the international version do not flash the official ICS release as it will likely brick your phone.
