If that is the case, you will need to root (which is easiest with the aahk, which someone I'm sure can link) but you will most probably have to lock the bootloader again in order for it to work.

Let me try to repharse what you mentioned, are you saying I can use aahk while the phone doesnt go beyond the HTC logo screen?
Do I need to relock the phone to get it back on Vodafone latest update if its s-on and before running the PD98IMG to restore it from the current issue?
Lets assume that the PD98IMG has the same software that was in my phone prior to me screwing around, would it be a straight foward process to flash it via hboot?
Do I need to relock the phone or even reinstall the stock recovery prior to trying the PD98IMG?
