i can almost gaurantee you it wont be here in a week. there are still many small issues to resolve. its a good build,but not OTA material yet
as for wether you or not you should flash the leak RUU,a couple things to keep in mind:
1)the RUU will wipe your data
2)it is
forever,or until a new RUU is available. there is no way to go back with htcdev unlock and s-on. you will be "stuck" on ICS,as gingerbread roms are not compatible with the new hboot and radio.
3)you may not recieve the real OTA,being on a leak build,as the updater scripts tend to only look for officail release versions(i.e.,youll need to be on 2.01.605.11 ,1.00.605.3,or 1.02.605.6)
if any of these things are important,and/or objectionable,then your best course of action is to:
1)unlock
2)temporarily boot recovery
3)make a backup of your stock,unrooted rom
4)flash root files if you wish to be rooted,or flash an ICS rom based on an older leak,that is compatible with your current firmware if you want a taste of ICS
doing things in this manner will let you easily go back to gingerbread if the ICS builds are quite to your liking yet. keeping the stock recovery will also let you recieve the OTA without a hitch if you stay on mildly modded,or not modded,stock rom.
