insurance fraud? really? i dont think so i mean the technical definition sure but it is not a felony in this case like it would be if you used your friends medical insurance. it is not actual "insurance fraud". Can we say

and they will give you a refurb unless you specify you want a new one. its one of those things they will try to slip by you.
