As for just saying your phone was stolen, that kinda sucks for the rest of us. They don't just eat those costs on the phones they're losing. They pass that on to us, the customers. The ETFs went up because people were signing up for data plans, getting a $500 phone for cheap, then cancelling and then selling the phone for a profit. The carriers got ticked, and stiffed the rest of us with a $350 ETF bill. For the sake of what is right, don't dye your hair.
