insurance fraud? really? i dont think so i mean the technical definition sure but it is not a felony in this case like it would be if you used your friends medical insurance. it is not actual "insurance fraud".
Come on, this is a phone not a car. It's not like you're setting your house on fire and claiming the insurance. If you lose the phone, whether or not you lost it on purpose, you lost it. They don't ask questions as to where or how like they do if your car is stolen. Can you imagine being prosecuted because you lost your phone?
Wow ... grow up people. It is insurance fraud - no doubt about that one. But more importantly - IT'S JUST WRONG. Remember how your parents used to teach you about the difference between RIGHT AND WRONG?
