I see - it was the full 2.3.3 android upgrade from the htc site - not sure how far it had got into each specific update , it is totally unresponsive ! will try what you have said but not got a good feeling - one of the kids had a desire phone and did the same upgrade no sweat , make me think that the phone may have had an issue - is there no way radio and boot can be done by owner ?
